Derek Seal, Broker/Owner of NextHome Experts, is an industry veteran with a wealth of experience. Derek delivers a consistent and common sense approach to helping his agents succeed and to getting real estate deals done.
Derek began a career in real estate in 1993 when the MLS was a black and white listing book only printed every two weeks. A lot has changed since then, but Derek understands that the best technology and tools help agents sell more homes, and he has always been ahead of the curve.
Derek began this brokerage with the simple idea that NextHome Experts wouldn’t need to be the largest brokerage in Utah – it would be just a highly specialized boutique real estate firm for like-minded Brokers and Agents who want the benefits of synergy and a place where they would not lose their individual identities.
